EntreLeadership – Cornerstone Christian Fellowship

EntreLeadership 1-Day Simulcast

EntreLeadership combines the innovative spirit of an entrepreneur with the passion and drive of a leader. Since his first hire, Dave has made it a priority to train, mentor and refine his leadership team. The EntreLeadership principles have been at the foundation of his training process since day one.

Transform Business In Your Community
Business leaders who study and gradually implement the lessons Dave will discuss in the workshop will not only reach their small-business and leadership goals, but will also transform their businesses into organizations where people love to work!

Provide Networking Opportunities
EntreLeadership provides an excellent atmosphere for business leaders who share interests and concerns to network. They will learn directly from Dave while building relationships with other local business leaders.

Impact Relationships
Attendees will learn how to build better and stronger relationships with their teams and how to best serve their customers. EntreLeadership will equip them to validate their team members while inspiring them to work with passion.

LESSONS
EntreLeadership Defined
Dave lays the foundation for the entire day by explaining the important distinction between the traditional leadership model and the EntreLeader model. He explains what it takes to be a great leader and a great entrepreneur.

Dreams, Visions and Goal Setting
You will learn to harness the power of creating and sustaining a goal-driven organization and gain practical tools to execute your goals in a way that is specific and measurable. Dave will provide a step-by-step process he has used to take his team from one person to almost 300 people, from one radio station to 450, and how his company went from a startup to being one of the best places to work in Nashville four straight years and counting.

Financial Peace for the EntreLeader
Dave has taught millions of people how to achieve Financial Peace in their personal lives, and he uses the same biblical principles to run his business. There are, of course, many more variables in business than in a personal budget. While the principles don’t change, the processes might.

Team Math—Adding & Subtracting
Hiring champion team members is a key to the growth of any healthy organization. Many hires are made out of desperation, which leads to hiring the wrong people. Dave will also show you how to handle the difficult process of removing a team member.

Making the Call
In this final lesson, Dave will empower you to introduce these principles into your work culture and personal leadership style.
